The app Elqaro – Quiz Poker Battle is designed in such a way that no personal data is collected, processed, or transmitted to third parties by default.
All game-related data (e.g. game progress, settings) is stored exclusively locally on the user’s device.
The app can be used without registration, without creating a user account, and without providing personal data.
The following data is stored only locally on the user’s device:
Game progress and game states
App settings (e.g. sound, language preferences)
Local session information
This data never leaves the device and is not stored on external servers.

The app offers an optional AI assistant called “Luna”, which can be used to explain game rules and answer questions about gameplay mechanics.
When using the AI feature, the text input voluntarily entered by the user is transmitted to an external AI service. This may include:

Users are not required to enter personal data and are expressly advised not to submit any personal or sensitive information.
